New Hotbuy!

I do believe this is the last Hotbuy of July :) Or possibly the second to last one, I can't rememember. But this is quite epic!

It costs 24sd. I'm not too sure about the massive sleeves though. I just guess this is where the road of haute couture is headed these day!
